The Katunayake plant operates with a total workforce of 160 employees, comprising 110 personnel in the Print & Embroidery Unit and 50 members of the office staff.

Partnership with Negombo Recycling Club (NRC)
We partner with the NRC to reduce pollution and promote a
circular economy. All recyclable poly bags from our operations
are collected and handed over to NRC for proper processing and
reintegration into the supply chain-another step toward a
greener, more sustainable future.
